Vapor honing is a relatively new process that uses water mixed with a mild abrasive. This gives the material a nice, clean fine finish. Vapor honing is $50.00 per hour (1/2 hour ($25.00) minimum charge/ 15 minute intervals). Disassemble and thoroughly de-grease parts before shipping. Remove all bearings, seals, gaskets etc. We can de-grease parts at an additional cost. All carburetor bodies will get a complimentary cleaning in our ultrasonic cleaner after vapor honing.
